I made a dear friend all because of this painting.  Lily's Mom wanted a special painting with the perfect scripture for her baby's room.  I seriously could cry thinking about how intricate the details were in how Lily's Mom and I met, and then again over the fact that THIS VERSE is amazing for Lily.  If you only knew...

This sweet painting was also made for a friend of ours who was planning to give this as a Christmas gift.  (I told you I've been busy!)  Anyway, I love the pinks and greens that we incorporated into this painting, and I pray that Madison enjoys her piece for years to come.  Thanks again, Christy!

I really loved doing this painting because I love purples and greens but more so because of the little one's name, Eden.  I've always loved that name and wanted it to go right along with what her name means in the Scriptures, "beauty and place of pleasure."  I couldn't help but think of how gorgeous that garden in Genesis may have been! 

My mom gave this painting to a sweet lady at her church who was having her third (?) child.  The first 2 were boys, so I wanted to go ALL OUT on the girly features with butterflies and flowers.  I think it is beautiful and will be a pleasure to view in Eden's room!

Curly Carly

I'm not sure if Carly's hair is curly, but her mom wanted her name and scripture in a "curly" font; not to mention, Carly's adorable bedding has butterflies swirling over it with flowers and leaves.

I framed Carly's painting in burgundy paint to match her name and help the painting POP off of her blue nursery walls!  I hope Carly and her family love this painting!

So, the picture is actually Daniel, but this sweet painting that matches this bedding was shipped to Kansas to a precious baby girl, Auna Kay!

The butterfly in the bottom right corner is in honor of Auna's brother who is in Heaven.

Some neighbors of ours had their sweet, little girl just three weeks following the birth of our little one, Daniel. Sydni and her parents have been such kind people, and I wanted to do something special for them. So, with the help of the mom's sister, who also happens to be our next door neighbor, I found out Sydni's nursery colors, and came up with this:
