Training Up Boys

Something about the simplicity of this train painting was too perfect for boys.  I got the idea for turning the word "train" into an actual engine while watching Word World with my own boys.  I hope Brittany and her boys enjoy it for years!

Wise Little Ones

Scripture Font:  Wallow

A dear friend asked that I do a painting for the nursery in their NEW church building.  I have to be honest, I have prayed prayers over this church and have seen them answered; to say the least, it was a privilege to be asked to do this for them.  I matched the squares up with the tile floors, and just adore the message in this scripture.  Please, if you are ever in the Murfreesboro area, take the time to visit this church.  The people are amazing, and God's hand is working...

Loving Landon

I couldn't leave out my nephew, Landon. He is 6 years old and a BALL of energy. His new room is very cool, and I was HONORED to do this piece for him, well, because he was SO EXCITED to see it once it was finished!

Just look at his face when we brought it out...

Here is my new spokesperson in his new room with his new painting...

Delivering Daniel

After much time and consideration, the Lord impressed us to change our son's name. For all information regarding this, please visit Daniel's site here. So, with that in mind, just one day before I went into labor, I finished this piece for our son...

Expecting Elijah

The Lord impressed my husband with the idea of RENAMING our child. SO, we will be saving this particular painting for the future!

Original Post

I have the great blessing of carrying one of God's precious children in my own womb. For weeks, I have planned every inch of his nursery to the colors, wall hangings, bedding, etc. It wasn't until I made him his very own Gift of God did his room seem REAL. He's REALLY on his way, and God truly has blessed me with my very own GIFT from Him.
