200 Facebook Fans Giveaway

My dear friend, Bro. Matthew, was the winner of our first Facebook giveaway!  Once I reached 200 fans on Facebook, I randomly (random.org) selected a fan to receive a FREE 10x10 painting.  I was so surprised that a MAN had won the giveaway, but I was a bit worried on making a painting look "manly."  I took my inspiration for this painting from Matthew's favorite verse and my son's argyle sweater.  The colors of the sweater matched Bro. Matthew's study (in MICHIGAN) perfectly, so Matthew, all thanks to Daniel for this one!  Thank you for your support of my "ministry," and may God continue to bless yours!

Gifts of God

I was invited to host a booth at a Girls' Day Out event in Bowling Green, KY, this past weekend, and the first thing I realized I didn't have was a "Gifts of God" sign.  So, the morning of the event, I took about an hour to pull this off...

I do not know if you can see it exactly, but the painting sat in a plate stand in the center of my booth with other paintings surrounding it.  I also was able to have photo albums full of paintings I have done throughout the past three years.  Special thanks to Danielle for inviting me to be a part of such a great event!

Blessings in the Lobby

I was beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to paint a Gift of God for a dentist's office.  In all actuality, one of his employees who's my dear friend asked if I'd do a 12x24 piece for his birthday over six months ago...  After MANY mishaps, you know like misspelling "dentistry" and then messing up with the gloss finish, I finally got it to the dentist for his birthday MANY months late.  After receiving his piece, they decided they wanted TWO MORE to match to put in the LOBBY.  I was floored that they'd actually hang my paintings in a professional business, but I feel blessed to have had this privilege.
